Sorry about the egret on the last post!! I was just trying out some of the features on the Blogspot webpage, I couldn't figure out how to get rid of a picture once it was there!! Oh well, it was a nice picture.
It is about 5:00 on Thursday, we just returned from a long hike in the hills. I weighed myself at about 4:35, dressed as I usually am at our meetings and I had lost this week -- YAY. I can't say how much because my scale is not the same as the TOPS one, but when we get home I will be able to see how I have done. I am thinking about all of you right now!
